Seed germination guaranteed. What does this mean?
 

All seeds purchased from us in original packages should germinate. The guarantee also includes the condition that feminized seeds must sprout female plants. It is worth germinating in a moistened cotton swab or in soil with a neutral acidity level (pH level) of 5.5 - 7, planting a seed to a depth of 0.5 cm, watering abundantly with water. Cases are not compensated when the seeds are damaged such as:

• damage to the root stem during transplantation;
• rotting as a result of improper germination;
• violation of the instructions for germination (planting seeds deeper than 0.5 cm);
• unsuccessful experiments (use of hydrogen peroxide);
• physical damage (biting, piercing, sawing).
• How can I get compensation for unsprouted seeds?

The first condition for obtaining a guarantee is that the customer has the original packaging of seeds. Therefore, the packaging and the hologram should be kept even after the seeds themselves are planted in the ground. After the deadline for germination (7 days), the client can contact our Telegram manager. You need to notify the manager when the order was made and what phone number was indicated when placing the order.
